Rating engines
Turning usage records into charges, correctly, at line rate, with tariffs that change every month. We have built these and we have configured other people's.
Billing systems
Bill runs over millions of accounts, invoice presentation people can understand, and the reconciliation that proves the totals. We have built billing for large operators and run it through year-ends.
Mediation and enrichment
High-throughput, rule-driven pipelines that clean, enrich and route usage records before rating. Distributed, because the volumes leave no choice.
Promotion engines
Bundles, discounts, bonuses and the rules for when they apply. Marketing changes them weekly; the engine has to keep up without a code release.
Integration between all of it
CRM, provisioning, billing, the network: every change has to reach all of them. We have built integration engines that fan updates out reliably, and made slow web service and database layers fast.

You do not have to explain what a CDR is or why the bill run cannot be late. That saves months on a project.
